The small self’s nature is deception, unconsciousness, and misery. Our True Nature is Sat-Cit-Ananda: Truth, Consciousness and Bliss. Truth, Consciousness and Bliss are the solution to our condition. By practicing Truth, Consciousness and Bliss as opposed to deception, unconsciousness and misery, we uncover our True Nature and dissolve the small self. Sat-Cit-Ananda is both the goal and the process.
If you are disturbed, if there is mental pain, dispair, or nervousness, it is a clue that you have a distracted mind.
